Terms and Conditions
- Places on courses are often limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis
- The contract between Duggan Veterinary Supplies Ltd. and you, the participant, starts once you receive the ‘booking’ email confirming your order. However, your place is only confirmed once we have received payment.
- You have the right to cancel your booking within 7 working days of the order date. We must receive the cancellation in writing to cpd@dugganvet.ie followed by a telephone call +353 (0) 504 43169 to ensure the cancellation notice has been received. If you meet these requirements you will receive a full refund.
- All cancellations received after 7 working days but 28 days before the course date will receive a refund less 50%. Cancellation must be received in writing to cpd@dugganvet.ie followed by a telephone call +353 (0) 504 43169 to ensure the cancellation notice has been received.
- Any cancellations within 28 days of the course do not qualify for refund.
- Course bookings cannot be transferred between participants without prior consent from Duggan Veterinary Supplies Ltd.
- Duggan Veterinary Supplies Ltd reserves the right to change the course speaker, course content specifics, date and venue of the courses.
- Duggan Veterinary Supplies Ltd shall be under no liability if unable to carry out a course for any reason beyond its control including (without limiting the foregoing) Act of God, Legislation, war, fire, flood, drought, failure of power supply, lock-out, strike or other action taken by suppliers or owing to any inability to procure materials required for the course to go ahead. Duggan Veterinary Ltd will aim to give participants as much notice as possible, and the course will be rearranged to take place at the earliest convenience. If a participant is unable to attend the new date, credit will be given for the cost of the course. Credit can be used for any attendance course within 18 months, or online at cpd.dugganvet.ie
- If it is necessary to cancel a course participants will receive a full refund of course fees, but Duggan Supplies Veterinary Ltd will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the delegate including travel and accommodation expenses.
- Duggan Veterinary Ltd reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions and the contents, prices and information provided on this website at any time and without notice.
- The terms and conditions, prices and other information apply as displayed on the website at the time of use and time that you place your order.
