Team and practice dynamics - Do they work together

This day course is aimed at all Team members in practice but especially the practice management team. 

With the heavy demands in Veterinary practice we tend to have larger and now more multidisciplinary teams but how do they work together? Does the practice feel busy but not as organised or productive as it should be?  We will look at who does what and when to increase productivity.

Your practice layout is crucial to how your team performs and delivers veterinary services. We will explore the layout and flow of work through the practice, identifying congestion points and maximising individual rooms potential.
