This course will focus on the veterinary procedures and methods in dealing with your emergency trauma patient and stabilisation of these patients in clinical practice. The course will include practical training on the placement of: 

  • Oesophageal feeding tubes
  • Chest Drains
  • Tracheostomy tubes 

And will use focused ultrasonography for diagnosing and assessing critical care patients and have case-study based discussion with veterinary specialists on evidence-based medicine and up to date opinions on emergency medicine in clinical practice.
