Sarah Keane, MP, QQI Level 6 Dip VN, PgDip APVN, RVN

CPD Business Manager

Sarah Keane is an accomplished Registered Veterinary Nurse and education specialist with over a decade of experience in small animal practice both in Ireland and abroad. She graduated with honours in Veterinary Nursing from University College Dublin in 2010 and has since built a career rooted in clinical excellence, professional advocacy, and a deep commitment to advancing the veterinary nursing profession.

With a strong interest in promoting veterinary nursing and supporting healthy work–life balance within the industry, Sarah transitioned into veterinary education to help shape the next generation of professionals. She completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Practice in Veterinary Nursing with the University of Glasgow and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in the same field.

Sarah joined Duggan Veterinary Supplies in 2021, where her passion for education and professional development flourished. Her leadership and vision led to her seamless progression into the role of CPD Business Manager, now at the forefront of shaping the educational direction of the Premier Skills Institute.

Dedicated to delivering high-quality learning experiences, Sarah is committed to bringing exceptional speakers and specialist trainers from Ireland and the UK to our state-of-the-art facility in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. Her mission is to expand opportunities for meaningful, practice-ready education and to continue strengthening veterinary training across Ireland.

Siobhan Killeen

CPD Coordinator

Siobhan Killeen is the organisational heartbeat of Premier Skills Institute, bringing precision, warmth, and exceptional attention to detail to her role as CPD Coordinator. With a strong background in administration, event coordination, and customer support, Siobhan ensures that every aspect of our educational programmes runs seamlessly—from initial course planning to the final delegate experience.

Siobhan has worked across a range of administrative and client-facing roles, giving her a deep understanding of operational efficiency and the importance of clear, supportive communication. Her ability to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and maintain a consistently high standard of service makes her an invaluable part of the Institute’s day-to-day operations.

In her role, Siobhan oversees delegate registrations, course scheduling, event logistics, certification processes, and communication with speakers and veterinary practices. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and organised environment for learners, ensuring that every delegate feels supported before, during, and after their training.

Known for her friendly professionalism and her commitment to excellence, Siobhan plays a key role in upholding the smooth delivery of our programmes and supporting the growth of Premier Skills Institute as a trusted centre for veterinary education.
